WooCommerce Creating a Variable Subscription using WooCommerce Subscriptions ext

Hi i am really confused in setting up my Woocommerce membership site

I have two plugins from Woocommerce MEMBERSHIP Plugin AND SUBSCRIPTION Plugin

Three Products
1) Trial
2) Monthly
3) Annual

My objective is for Users on
Trial: have the option to upgrade to MONTHLY OR ANNUAL
Monthly: to be able to upgrade to ANNUAL
Annual: to downgrade to MONTHLY

I Have contacted woocommerce support, the communication is so slow, and searching on google i found a similar question. (http://tinyurl.com/h8cl6w3)

Woocommerce Help suggested i make a group product, but i think this is incorrect as GROUPS HAS been replaced by Memberships. So unsure on this? http://imgur.com/UEz8cQc

Please could someone help and point out the steps i need to take in order to do this.
As i would like users to have the option to upgrade and downgrade via their accounts sections.
