    Hi,

My website is recently showing the following fatal error.

Warning: require(/home/sites/8b/9/9d0aed7cac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payments/vendor/autoload_packages.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/8b/9/9d0aed7cac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-latest-autoloader-guard.php on line 80

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/sites/8b/9/9d0aed7cac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payments/vendor/autoload_packages.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear’) in /home/sites/8b/9/9d0aed7cac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-latest-autoloader-guard.php on line 80

My host cannot fix the problem and I am a novice.

I have deactivated all plugins. I have updated everything. I have changed to a newer theme. I have deleted woocommerce. I have reinstalled woocommerce with no active plugins, but I still receive the same message.

Can anybody shed some light on this topic?

    Thanks

    Paul

The bug affects the WooCommerce Payments plugin. It seems to be missing required files. You would only need to deactivate this plugin to get rid of the error message. After that, it’s best to contact their support: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/

Thanks. The only payments plugin I have is Woocommerce Paypal Payments plug in which is currently deactivated. I am not using a plugin solely called Woocommerce Payments. All plugins are deactivated.

I finally solved the problem. Even though I hadn’t used the woocommerce-payments plugin for years and had deleted it, there were still files in my wp-content folder. After manually deleting these all is back to normal.
