The phone number of your customers should be visible within their user profiles. On your screenshot, I can see the customer names linked. If you click on these links, you can open the corresponding profile to see their phone number.

Yes phone number is listed within their profiles. However, i was talking about Guest users whom proceeding the checkout.
We are running the marketing via sms and need the phone number field.

I’m not sure if I understand the issue that you are facing. Do you mean that guest don’t have to provide their phone number on the checkout page of your site?

Actually, Guest user fills the checkout form with their details right.
1 – All the details are showing in the customer section (sscreenshot attached above). But, Phone number is not showing.
Now, you were saying that you can click on the username and go to their profile that is right. But, what about the guest user you can’t click on Guest user profile see the screenshot please.

In this case, I suggest that you activate the phone number field on the checkout page via
WP Admin → Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Checkout → Phone field

If a guest then purchases something on your site, that customer needs to add the phone number. That phone number is then visible within the order:
