WooCommerce Database Update Failed

    I’ve updated the WooCommerce database of this website, but there are 73 updates that fail. I don’t see any option to run these updates again, but there is the option to delete them.

    Do I need to perform these updates or is it okay to delete them? I can attach an image of the system report if that helps.

    Hi @aislingor,

    That sounds like there was an issue updating the database. Can you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on “Update database”? That will perform a new cronjob that you can monitor under Tools > Scheduled Actions.

    Please make a screenshot of these failed updates so we can take a closer look. You can share a screenshot on this thread pasting the URL generated using the https://snipboard.io tool.

    Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It would also help us if you could share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

    Hi @aislingor,

    Thanks for sharing your system status and a screenshot of the failed actions.

    The image is a bit pixelated and hard to read, but from what I can see it sounds like those actions are related to one of your WPForms plugins and not to the WC database.

    Try to update your WPForms plugins/addons after disabling all other plugins and see if that helps. If not, you may want to reach out to the plugin developers that can better assist you with this issue.

    If the site is running fine without these actions, which had failed a long time back, it should be safe to delete those. Moreover, you have already updated your database successfully.

    However, it’s always a good idea to create a backup of your website and database before making any major changes on your site.

    BTW, in your SSR I noticed that your WooCommerce account is not connected and the site doesn’t have a cart and shop page yet. This has nothing to do with your present query/topic, though.
