Woocommerce | Delivery methods

Greeting, wordpress community! I come in peace with a terrible problem.
I’m French (No, that’s not the problem imself :p ) and my english is pretty bad so, sorry.

So I warn you, or it’s a real concern and it is a little disappointing, either I have absolutely nothing cottoned on to WooCommerce.

I have a shop with multiple pages, some of the products I sell, other benefits.
I try to change the shipping costs depending on weight and it does not seem integrated basis. (It’s still a shame for distance selling!)

In addition, people can bring products and items at the same time in their basket and I (with a nice plugin) a delivery method for the services (which account travel expenses in person.). The trouble is that (once I have the shipping price tailored to each article) customers will not order their benefit by DHL!

therefore:

1. – Is there a way to adapt the shipping costs to a certain class / category of objects (shipping costs, which are calculated by weight on a fee schedule)

2. – Is there a way to block certain delivery methods depending upon the items in the basket to see if benefits AND the items are set to an error message stating that it must pass two different orders for services and products ?
