Woocommerce Docs Unclear about Order Notes Color Coding

I did not post a link to a page or system status report as it is unnecessary for this particular inquiry.
For my website, I have noticed that the notes section in orders gets auto-filled with a purple-ish (it’s a hard to make out the color to be honest) note for payment processing notes, inventory notes, shipment fulfilment notes, and so forth. Today, it occurred to me that I have customer notes emails enabled and I wanted to make sure that customers only receive notes when I personally select “Note to customer” and that they aren’t getting random emails for “payment processing” or whatever.

You really should update that documentation as it is very unclear as to whether customers are seeing such emails or not. You clearly state whether customers do/don’t see grey and blue notes but you completely leave that detail out of the purple notes wording.
So, my question is, do customers get an email for/are they able to see these notes in their order details for these purple-ish notes in the Woocommerce backend?
