We have just released an add-on for Flexible Shipping granting its compatibility with marketplaces and multivendor plugins including the Dokan you’ve mentioned. It is available at flexibleshipping.com. Would you be interested in taking part in testing it for free?

Since there are no further inquiries concerning this case I’m marking this thread as resolved.
Just for the record, Flexible Shipping latest releases are compatible with marketplaces and multivendor plugins, however, setting everything up requires a dedicated add-on. Please contact us directly at https://flexibleshipping.com/support/ for more information since we’re not supposed to discuss about the premium solutions here.
