I have a client who has Woocommerce and has purchased the Dynamic Pricing add-on.

I set up a number-based reduction where the more people buy, the lower the price gets. For example if they buy 2-4 of the product, the price drops by 5%.

The plugin does work in that if I choose the number to add to cart in that range, the lower amount goes into the shopping cart.

But I would prefer an option where people could enter how many licenses, and the product would show the price per license right away before they add to cart. Otherwise, they are clicking add to cart on the full price and not seeing the discount until they open the cart.

  • Hi @ebusinesstutor

    Thanks for reaching out!

By any chance, are you referring to the premium plugin Dynamic Pricing here?

If so and you have a valid subscription with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue.

Otherwise, if this was added thru a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Thanks!

I originally looked at that but it wanted me to create an account at WordPress.com which I don’t use.

When I go ahead and sign up there, it wants me to purchase an online storefront so it doesn’t take me directly to any support area.

    Hi there @ebusinesstutor 👋

Please try again to contact us via WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. While you may need to create an account before you can access that page, there should already be one created, for having purchased the “Dynamic Pricing” extension in the first place. Confirm this with your client, maybe?

If otherwise, can you please share a screenshot of what you see when you try to sign in/up? That will help us understand that issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
