Sorry, the email itself doesn’t look like this, but when I copied the text here, it appears almost right…. In my mailbox it shows only html codes.
Are you using a mailing plugin, e.g. mandrill or any other plugin?

I’m not using any plugin for mailing.
WooCommerce > System Status. I’d like to make sure 😉

Emails are UTF so shouldn’t be affected. If you switch site language and resend, does it do anything different?

Cannot do that because it messes up the whole store and product pages are not found. Funny.
Resaving permalinks would be needed for products, however, you only need to resend the order from the edit order screen to test this, then you can revert back.

Did it, but same thing happens. But I noticed if I change special Hungarian characters to normal English characters in the email sender and subject in Woocommerce/settings/emails, the subject of the email comes out right. The inner part is still a bit messy, because it has a funny heading with html codes.
I tried using a different theme, but same thing happens. Refreshed WP and reloaded woocommerce files but nothing changes. Do you think it could affected by a plugin?
What Hungarian characters? Perhaps unsupported.

Accentuated letters, for example ö, ü, ó, ú etc.
I have other WP sites, but this does not cause any problem on those. Emails work just fine.
I’m not sure if this could be affected by mail client or server, but I did a test with that in the subject without error https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/7l72v7i5z9lw91j/2016-02-01%20at%2013.29.png?dl=0

Do you think the server could be the problem? I haven’t used this one before. Could it be some PHP issue?
Possibly, but can you try another email client?

What do you mean? I get my mails in normal Gmail. Shall I try another email provider you mean?
