I changed my send from email adress and now I’m getting this error message: Deprecated: explode(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /home/luxedesignco/domains/itsnovelle.co.za/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php on line 503

I changed it even back to the default email but it’s still showing this. I un-installed all my plugins and switched from my kadence theme to storefront and it still does this. I activated the new email experience.

There’s no failures or critical reports in the woocommerce logs.

My site is still under development but it’s close to being completed and ready for launch.

I will be selling digital content and a paid newsletter from my site.

Is this going to give me issues with sending out order emails? I can’t send a test email either as another error message popup saying they cant render a preview of the email.

    Hi @bellakaroo ,

Thanks for the details — the error you’re seeing usually means the email recipient value is missing or set to null, which triggers a warning in newer PHP versions.

To fix this, please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, click into each email type (like “New Order”), and make sure the “Recipient(s)” field is filled in with a valid email address.

Once that’s set, the warning should go away and test emails should work again. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @bellakaroo,

As there’s been no follow-up, I’ll consider this resolved for the time being. We’re happy to jump back in if anything comes up!

If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you have received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick review here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
