Check if you have enabled send emails option under WooCommerce->Settings->Emails.
Each email has its own option to enable send emails.
For example,
New order:
Enable/Disable: Enable this email notification
I seem to be having the same problem.
I have checked that all boxes are enabled but I am not receiving an email once a customer has placed an order, there was no problem until the recent update.

A friend just ask me to try out Postman SMTP Plugin so may be you should give it a go too
@ogie

Well right now am currently using it to forward both my woocommerce and contact form 7 to my gmail account which i added my website official address e.g [email protected]. i dont know if it can do anything more than that, probably read more on the Doc.
