Woocommerce error message

Hi, I have a problem with my woocommerce site. I try to place an order test on my checkout page, a strange error appears on my screen: “We can’t process your order, please try again” (to Italian language: “Non siamo stati in grado di processare il tuo ordine, prova di nuovo”). But after 2-3 seconds the page start to load and redirect me on the thank you page (a new order is created in wp dashboard). Furthermore, the message is duplicated, I don’t know why. I try to apply css rule .woocommerce-error {display:none;} but this rule hide all error message and I don’t want that. Please could someone help me to solve that problem? there is a way to display only one error message and remove “we can’t process your order…” ?

Hello,
Does the error message shows up with a specific payment gateway? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Ok, I have the same version of WooCommerce, WordPress, and Stripe installed on my test site. But I can’t reproduce the same issue.
Let’s check if the issue is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin – please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
