    Hi there,

I’m having an issues with the error message customers get, no matter what the error or problem is, it’s always the same message which is “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source.”

This happens even when a customer hasn’t completed the required field/s, so the message is inaccurate most of the time and it’s confusing customers. There are also no indicators on the fields they missed, it just keeps taking them back to the top and displays this message. 1. How do I change that message so I can add in that they need to check that all required fields are complete” 2. How do I get the missing fields to be highlighted? Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

By default, if you empty any field, WooCommerce indicates that particular field name in the error message, you can take a look at this screenshot: https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3lDliVvA24

It seems like you build the page by using the Divi WooCommerce modules, and in that case I would suggest you to discuss this issue with the Divi support team, they will investigate it further for you.

For reference, this forum is for questions directly related to the default features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. However, it does not offer support for questions related to extensions or themes that can work with WooCommerce.

    Thanks!
