Woocommerce export restrictions

Hi! We have a situation where we need to put some access restrictions on Woocommerce exports such as export orders, export users, etc.
– User needs to input a password to initiate download
– User needs to write reason for download. No download should be allowed without specifying the reason.
– Downloaded file should be encrypted and protected with password.
– A record should be left with the username, IP address and time of download.
