WooCommerce Fatal Error

WooCommerce plugin in my wordpress site is causing fatal error, I can access status and orders and setting, but the dashboard is crashing. I have earlier made some shipping zones and classes which are working fine in the website but it is not showing any data in woocommerce. Kindly help me with this, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but same thing.

WooCommerce plugin in my wordpress site is causing fatal error, I can access status and orders and setting, but the dashboard is crashing.

It is odd that your site is throwing a fatal error. We’re not able to replicate the issue on our test sites that are running the latest version of WooCommerce with default Storefront Theme.

I recommend doing a conflict test on your site as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

This type of error occurs a lot when the PHP and Woocommerce versions are not compatible.

OBS: Always back up your data before making any changes to your site, it can be annoying, but this prevents many problems from happening.

Have you recently updated the Plugin? if yes, I recommend creating a subdomain or directory on localhost and doing the tests with older versions, in the case I recommend using the latest version before updating Woocommerce and testing or updating the PHP version, this last step may be doing following the tutorial of this site-> https://br.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/atualizando-php/

Hi @callmeritesh,

Within your error message, a third party WordPress theme called Konte is referenced and seems to be the cause as it’s causing an error with the WooCommerce plugins checkout fields.

I’d suggest deactivating that WordPress theme or contacting the Konte theme developers for further assistance.

Yes, @stuartduff is right, i advise you to do the same.

I had not paid attention to the logs, but i recommend that you do the same as he indicated. Mainly because some themes can have unique properties, you may be accessing the theme folder you use and reviewing the chekout fields, for example.

Anyway, i hope it ends well.
