WooCommerce – Hide Returning Customer box

    Hi, after a recent update I noticed no matter what settings seem to be in certain browsers it displays a “Returning Customer” login box at Checkout which I don’t want. I only want the Coupon Code box.

    I found a fix on Github: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/4220

    But when I refresh it returns the follwoing:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_print_notice() in /nas/wp/www/sitename/wp-content/themes/themename/woocommerce/checkout/form-login.php on line 16

    What am I doing wrong?
