    Help!!!

    I’ve added a new product and no matter what I do I cannot get the image to show on my product category page. I didn’t add this any differently than any other product, yet it will not show.

    Any ideas at all?!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand that the product thumbnail isn’t displaying on the product category page, correct?

    If so, to further check, could you please share the product page URL?

    Also, along with it, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce → Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.
