Woocommerce import

Hi I wonder if anyone could help me please.
I have taken over the hosting and upkeep of an ecommerce site at I am not sure what system they have used don’t know if anyone can tell by the code. Basically I would be happier using wordpress and woocommerce but I’m not sure how to import the MySQL in if at all possible.
If some could help that would be great and make my life a lot easier.
