actually I was trying to install the plugin on a free server hosted by infinityfree. but now I switched to Godaddy then its get installed.
but honestly still didn’t figure out why it was not installing there
Hi @barouzj. We would need more details of that server and to possible check the debug logs for information as to what was hindering the installation. It sounds like you’ve now resolved the issue by moving to GoDaddy so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread resolved. Please start a new thread if you have any other questions.
I’m actually having the same problem using infinity free hosting service. I’ve tried everything that I can find to resolve the issue.
