You can either manually clear the cache and then run a preload or in the cache>>advanced settings there is the option to purge pages posts when they are update under the option “Always purge this page when saving a post with selected post type“
I would recomend you do the second option so that WPO purges the cache when you add new products.
it is a recurring issue, obviously he doesn;t want to have to keep checking the site and clearing the cache.
he us using the free plugin not the pro version.
issue happenened again today, and clearing cache did not help this time.
another issue is with the product category pages, it randomy started going to a blog post instead of the category page, requiring cache clearing again.
Ay idea what would cause that?
The always purge page feature is available in the free version.
The other issue with the site redirecting to blog posts, this does not sound like a caching issue.
Are you using a SEO plugin?, if so it could be your SEO page redirect URL’s

there are no redirects either, as I mentioned the issue with the wrong page being displayed was solved by clearing the cache.
Apologies, I thought you were meaning that the products were not being displayed when the products were updated.
If the product pages are not updated, they should be displayed as they were at the time of the preload.
Have you activated scheduled preloading? What is this set to?
yes but that is the problem, its randomly not showing the the product category, its showing a blog post instead, unless the cache is cleared.
So its obviously picking up the wrong page form the cache to display.

Also try to disable Redis cache and see if that fixes the problem.
If you could send us wp-content/cache/wpo-cache/www.elkmountaintents.com/canvas-tents-for-sale/index.html files when it is displaying correctly and not displaying products, we can check what is going wrong.
