WooCommerce Lightbox doesn’t work

Hi, guys!

I can’t seem to make the WooCommerce LighBox work in Storefront theme. Is it supported? What is the code to add it? Do you or anyone else have any examples of how it looks like?

Because currently when I click that little magnifying glass icon, the image pops up, and everything is black around it – I think it’s called photoswipe. But I’m looking for the good old LightBox where it’s just a pop-up image with little borders and arrows to the left and to the right.

Do you still have it in WooCommerce and Storefront?

Thanks for reaching out.

The former Lightbox is deprecated, but you can disable the current Zoom, Lightbox and/or Gallery Slider with the following code listed in this article: https://createandcode.com/how-to-disable-zoom-lightbox-and-gallery-slider-on-woocommerce-product-pages/

However, I realize that doesn’t fully give you what you are looking for exactly. I would also recommend taking a look at these resources to see if this would help to add that functionality:

So, just to make it clear, this is what default WooCommerce lightbox currently looks like: https://prnt.sc/mctgnk ?

I mean that’s the normal default way it now looks like?
