We are aware of a problem with BPS WordPress Authentication Cookie Expiration (ACE) and Custom User Roles. The problem is that we forgot to pre-save ACE DB options since that is now required for the new Custom User Roles options.
Are you using Custom User Roles for your users?
Do you have BPS ACE turned On?
Solution: Either turn ACE Off or resave your ACE options.
If that is not the problem then do the BPS troubleshooting steps in this link:
https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-free/#bps-free-general-troubleshooting and then let me know which BPS security feature is causing the problem.

Correction (also corrected above): Solution: Either turn ACE Off or resave your ACE options.
That was the problem! Working now…
Also why the “Login Security & Monitoring” doesn’t work for WooCommerce Login?

As far as we now Login Security works with WooCommerce the last time we checked, but something may have changed in WooCommerce since we last checked. Are you using an additional WooCommerce plugin that does anything with your Login page? Are you using a Membership plugin or theme that handles login processing for your Login page?

Yep, you are correct. I just tested the most current version of WooCommerce, which was released 1 week ago and WooCommerce login processing now overrides BPS Login Security & Monitoring. That is a fairly common issue that occurs with Login processing in general. Typically only 1 plugin or 1 plugin feature can process/handle logins on a Login page using WordPress Hooks > Actions and Filters. WordPress Login processing is a special case where only 1 Hook in one plugin or plugin feature will handle processing logins and any other plugins that are doing the same or a very similar thing using the same Login Hooks will be overridden/negated. So unfortunately, since WooCommerce overrides BPS Login Security then BPS Login Security will be negated/not work with WooCommerce Login handling/processing. I checked WooCommerce settings and I don’t see any Login Security options/settings in WooCommerce. It would be nice if they added Login Security options/settings in WooCommerce. So maybe mention that to the WooCommerce folks.
