• Currently we are noticing data loss problems in Woocommerce order’s panel.

The following image attached: View Screenshot

    – In Green square (1) is a correct order, the item description, price, customer (as guest), and customer address.
    – In Red Square (2) are asked what “lost” registration data, the data reported in the Green Square do not appear in these applications.

Note: I’m using PHP in 5.3v. WordPress is updated as soon as all the plugins and themes.

Not at all orders that this happens…only a few days at random.

They look like temporary abandoned orders. I wonder if your gateway is making this?

I do not think so. One reason is that we use the PagSeguro and PayPal as payment gateways and both the problem (use the same gateways in some other sites).

We also receive all the data correctly in the mail, on the site it “disappears” at some time we can not define.

These claims are paid correctly, we receive the PayPal payment confirmation or PagSeguro too. The problem is actually in some database connection between the woocommerce and our server, but the host did not find any problems.

Right now I am updating the plugin + wordpress, making the cache cleaning transients and reconfiguring the permalinks.

    Are you using paypal express?

I use currently the native PayPal Woocommerce and also the plugin “Woocommerce PagSeguro” created by Claudio Sanches.

Can you disabled “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” and see an orders do it?

We have about 7 sites using this plugin for orders control so it’s important to keep it active.

Disabling plugin and keeping it turned off for a few minutes, orders “lost” didn’t appear.

Note: Between yesterday and today we have been made more than eight orders smoothly without “data loss”.

I’m not sure what to suggest in that case. The orders look like they were temporary or not created fully – server problems maybe. Seen your server error logs?
