    Hello,

    I posted this using the ticket service that comes with the pro licence, but no one replied me. Request #3232, and I submitted it on November 27th. I made follow ups on December 3rd and 6th. So I’ll try to post my request here!

    I have bought your pro version of the Mailchimp plugin. It works very well, but once in a while, i see this error

    And I can’t figure why. I did not change my merge fields, and it happens with very few subscribers. Could you help me?
