Woocommerce mobile vat

HI guys for some reason if i go on to my website on a computer it automatically adds in the VAT but when I’m on mobile it gets displayed at the price before tax and then doesn’t update to the correct amount including tax which means people can potentially get there items without paying the VAT? this could be a big issue for me I’m sure it’s something simple
