Ensure your PHP version, database version and memory allocated to WordPress meet the minimum requirements:

After upgrading the woocommerce to a new version, the site keeps displaying unavailable until “All the wordpress .php files were replaced with new installed file”. The site would work for some minutes, after a while it would go down again. I keep repeating this but yet to get a permanent remedy. The site is still down at the moment. If I replace All the wordpress .php files it will still work for some mins and stop again.
Your assistance will greatly be appreciated.

Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
