Any product purchased that uses the Flexible Product Field stops the Woo confirmation notification/emails from sending. All other product orders send, but when ordering one with this field, the notifications do not send to the admin.

Testing in a manually added product order in Woo, notification works fine, as you aren’t interacting with the product field when ordering the product.

We have it field set as a checkbox, that if not selected, you are unable to add the product to the cart.

    Hi,

Thank you for your application. May I ask you to send screenshots of the plugin settings?

In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.

Also, please take a look at WooCommerce → Status → Logs — have there been any errors related to the reported plugin here? If so, please attach screenshots of the logs.

As soon as we complete all the necessary information from you, we will be happy to help you solve the problem.

    Hi @nicolewattam

Understand ;). Does the WP Mail Logging plugin keep a record of the email attempt, and if so are there any logs?

Hi @rzepsen, I just checked the WP Mail Logging, and it does show that there was an email logged.

They just aren’t receiving the ones that are using the product field, but the others that don’t use the checkbox, they do receive. And the orders which are manually entered into the system they receive (product has checkbox on front end, but bypassed on back end)

    Hi,
It seems that the problem is related to some other plugin used in your shop. We didn’t replicate the issue.

Have you tried to isolate the issue? Please disable all third-party plugins in your WordPress and try again.
