WooCommerce Order Export, all fields blank

All fields in the export besides the order number are blank (including fields such as shipping address, order type, customer name etc etc, all of which are filled in the actual order history).

I have an up to date Worpdress & WooCommerce install & the latest plugin install. Any advise would be much appreciated, thank you.
