Hi,

for the past month or so, mainly since around the same time we started using CleanTalk our sales for some reason has tremendously dropped to almost completely dead. we haven’t had such a low month in over 2 years. I am really wondering if this is because of Clean Talk settings and or maybe the cleanTalk order spam etc.. but something is very dead and off since we started using CleanTalk. ill appreciate any help please

Please give us 2-3 business days to test the Anti-Spam plugin with WooCommerce. Additionally, could you please open a ticket in our private support system https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open? This will allow us to test your site and analyze your logs.

Same problem here. All orders from normal customers denied with the comment
“*** Forbidden. Fraud prevention. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk *** ”

About 20 valid orders denied only today and many complaining customers. Lost me a lot of money and lost my trust in the plugin. Was good until now but had to deactivate.

We are troubleshooting the issue and we need to know what payment service you use.
