Hello,

Seemingly randomly, this plugin caused all recent orders on my Woocommerce Orders page to disappear. They are still in the database, and reappear when I disable the plugin. I’ve tried adjusting settings like setting the post type Order to Hide and disabling the Admin sorting, but that doesn’t seem to resolve the issue. Any advice?

Hi,
You need to de-activate the AutoSort and add the ‘orderby’ => ‘menu_order’ argument to the queries where the order is required to apply, see this article for more details https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/post-type-order-stops-random-header-image-showing/
As an alternative check with the advanced version conditionals, which helps to exclude specific areas for being re-ordered https://www.nsp-code.com/advanced-post-types-order-description-and-usage/using-conditionals-for-sorting-apply/
