WooCommerce orders not populating

My woocommerce orders are not being sent to sender, even if the user checks the subscribe box. See screenshot for my configuration.

My expected behaviour is every time an order is placed, the user’s email info is automatically added to the Purchasers | MarSimple group in Sender.net. When I manually click sync, I see it populates.
