Woocommerce orders not syncing

I am using latest versions of all 3 plugins – WordPress, Woocommerce and Aftership. I have successfully connected my woo store with Aftership app. However, my orders are not getting synced with Aftership. It says it has synced it correctly, but the order tracking numbers are not being correctly imported in our aftership account. Please help.
