    Hi, first I want to say that I love AutomatorWp and thank you to the developers.

    So here’s my issue. I’m using the WooCommerce Partial Payments plugin to allow people to buy my courses (made with Tutor LMS) using payment plans.

    The problem now is that when someone purchases using partial payments, they do not get enrolled in the course. Even though I have an automation setup inside AutomatorWp that says when someone purchases a WooCommerce product that has partial payments enabled, to enroll them in the course.

    Trigger > User Purchases [product] 1 time
    Action Enroll User in [course}

    This automation is not working for some reason. When I check the logs, the automation does not even get triggered even though the user goes through the payment process.

    I tried setting the trigger to be based on the order status, but “partially paid” is not available to be selected as one of the options.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I’m not using the premium version. It’s just the Tutor LMS and WooCommerce normal extensions found in the plugin repository.

    Hi @wa7edsoori!!

    It is not detected that the user has “bought” the product because the order is not marked as “completed” but is in the status as “pending”, with which, you can use the trigger “User’s order with a product changes its status to a status “(it is available for the Pro version) to detect when an order changes to the state in which the Partial Payments puts it.

    Hope it helps!

    Thanks @pacogon

    The status when buying a product with a payment plan is “partially paid”. I don’t see that anywhere in the list of available statuses in AutomatorWP (even the free one has statuses that can be selected for certain triggers and automations).

    So my question is..is that status selectable and available as an option in the Pro version?

    Hi @wa7edsoori !!

    You would need the pro version, since in the free version there are no triggers that detect order status changes.

    Hope it helps!

    yes I had the Pro version before (I got a refund for it a whole back). But even in the Pro version, “partially paid” is not in the list of statuses.
