    Hello

First of all, thank you for your plugin. We are currently using free version.

Recently, some customers have encountered a problem with the woocommerce password reset process.

I was not able to reproduce the problem, on my side it works, but I wonder if one of our caching systems is not the cause of the problem.

We use Redis, Cloudflare and a caching system directly implemented at our hosting provider.

I have excluded the “my account” page from cloudflare’s caching but apparently that doesn’t solve the problem.

Is there a way to exclude the “my account” pages and subpages from the Redis cache? Will it slow down the client’s browsing?

Thank you for your help and point of view
    Cheers
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

you could try ignoring the cache group responsible for reset (I don’t know which one that is), that might resolve it for you.

I’d recommend hiring a developer to assist you with finding it, or asking the support team of the password reset plugin to provide you any used cache groups.

Maybe i miss the point but the password reset is providing by woocommerce, we don’t use any specific plugin for password reset
