WOOCOMMERCE PAYMENT PROBLEM

    Hi, I’m having a problem with payments on my website. I also use PayPal as my debit card method. The problem is this:

    > With Visa, if I pay by debit card on the website through PayPal, the payment goes through.

    > With Visa, if I pay directly on the website, I get the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your order. Please check your payment method for any charges and review your order history before placing the order again. OrderProcessor.php:197 The order status has changed from Awaiting Payment to Failed.”

    What could be the problem? I’m going crazy.

    2. Do you face the same issue if you use a default payment method like Cash on Delivery?

They will be able to help you identify the cause and guide you on how to configure the plugin properly so that this error does not occur when customers pay using a credit card.

    As a plugin, we are using WooCommerce PayPal Payments.

    We don’t offer Cash on Delivery, but I tried with Mastercard and it works.
