    I am from Pakistan and I am trying to set up Woocommerce payments plugin on a client website(canadian person) but the plugin is not saving any changes it shows “Error saving settings” and when I try to update business details it does not redirect me to the dashboard and tells my to try again. I really need help on this matter. thank you

    I understand that you are having issues configuring the WooCommerce Payments extension on a clients site, is this correct?

    To confirm – are you using this exact extension?

    If so, kindly reach out to the WooCommerce Payments dedicated support forum for further help with this issue, as this forum is for support related to the free WooCommerce core plugin.

    You can create a topic in the WooCommerce Payments forum here.

    When creating a topic there, please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when trying to save changes and when trying to update business details (please redact any personal information that may be displayed).

    As well as share a copy of the following:

    • System Status – which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
