WooCommerce Paypal Fee

I found an older article (found here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-woocommerce-paypal-fees) and I noticed that a user “Keichide” made the comment about making a change to the class-wc-gateway-paypal.php file. However, I use the Paypal for Woocommerce (Paypal Express) by Angelleye (found here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/paypal-for-woocommerce/) and would prefer to implement it into this payment gateway. @keichide if you can see this, is there an updated way you can make your code work, specifically on the Angelleye plugin? Thanks.
