    Hi there team, before I used to be able within the WooCommerce orders section within the application for phones, I used to be able to add tracking codes by going into an order and pressing complete order and then in the next screen it will take me to a section where I can fill in the tracking code but since few months this hasn’t been available and if I’m on my phone I’m not really I don’t really want to open the browser and do it that way so is there any way to make this reappear again in the WooCommerce app?

    Hi @donyuan99,

    The tracking section in the WooCommerce mobile app is managed by WooCommerce, not by our plugin. It appears they’ve removed compatibility with our plugin in a recent update.

    To get this functionality back, we recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce team and requesting that they restore support for adding tracking using the Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin directly from the mobile app.
