I have updated WordPress to the latest version and I am currently running PHP 7.4. The plugin is sending errors that I don’t have an updated version of PHP running and will not allow me to activate nor update the plugin.

@jgatewood I’d recommend trying to disable all plugins on the site, and then try to activate the plugin once again, under that setup.

It would help to have a copy of the errors you are seeing. Can you paste the exact messages into this thread?

I already disabled all of my plugins and started adding them back one by one. The moment I tried to reactivate Woocommerce and Ninja Forms for that matter I get this error attached. I have already spoken to my host and they confirmed that my PHP is set to 7.4.

PHP 7.4 should not be used for WP and the Plugins right now becauese this leeds to errors. Change back to version 7.2

    Hey @jgatewood,

As a test, I’d also recommend what @braehler suggested and try setting your server’s version of PHP to b v7.2 to see if that helps.

I’m starting to believe this is a WordPress issue. I changed the PHP back to 7.2 and still get the errors. I did the Site Health check and WordPress claims I’m still using PHP 5.6

    Hey @jgatewood,

That is strange, you visit WooCommerce > Status what does the status report indicate as the version of PHP being used. You should see the version displayed there too like this example below.

    Hi @jgatewood

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, feel free to start a new thread.
