    Hi

Hope you are well. I’m experiencing a serious issue with WooCommerce on my client’s website: izimotoauto.com.Every time I try to edit products from the WordPress dashboard, I click on “Products” and an error page appears. When I deactivate the WooCommerce plugin, the site works properly again. This problem never happened before. Now after reactivating WooCommerce, the entire website is down and inaccessible. Please assist urgently, as this is affecting my client’s business. Let me know what information you need from my side to troubleshoot.

    Kind regards,

    Pixel Code

    Hi there,

I completely understand how concerning this must be, especially since it is affecting your client’s business. I’m happy to help you investigate this.

I checked your site, and it currently appears to be set to under construction / maintenance mode. Could you please confirm what error message you see when you try to access or edit products from the dashboard?

Also, can you please confirm if any changes were made to the site (such as plugin updates, theme changes, or custom code additions) before this issue started appearing?

Since you mentioned that the site works normally when WooCommerce is deactivated, this may indicate a plugin or theme conflict. To help narrow this down, could you please try the following:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five.
    3. Check if you are still experiencing the same issue when editing products.

If you have not tried this yet, we strongly recommend running a full conflict test. To avoid affecting your live site, it is best to perform this on a staging site. You can use this plugin to create one:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

You can also follow this guide for step-by-step instructions on performing a conflict test:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/#how-to-do-a-conflict-test

If the issue persists after the conflict test, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
