Hi I wonder if you can help me. I have woocommerce plug-in on my WordPress website. I upgraded the site last week and it isn’t working properly, I have a blank visual editor and unable to edit the site. I deactivated the plug-ins and when I reactivated the woocommerce plug-in I have this message on the live site

Notice: Undefined index: redirect_page_id in /services/webpages/h/e/heartofengland-itf.org.uk/public/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/classes/class-woocommerce-catalog-enquiry-frontend.php on line 915

Also when I deactivated the woocommerce plug in I got the white screen of death so I reactivated it to get the live site back. Any advice to fix this would be great.
    Thank you
    Helen

    Hi @helenburns1,

Notice: Undefined index: redirect_page_id in /services/webpages/h/e/heartofengland-itf.org.uk/public/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/classes/class-woocommerce-catalog-enquiry-frontend.php on line 915

The error message above is indicating that a third party plugin you have installed on your WordPress site called WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry is causing a code error on your site.

To resolve this error message you will need to deactivate the third party plugin called WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry. Once deactivated you should contact the developers of that plugin for some assistance to see if they can apply a fix to their plugin.

I think the plugin you’re using is possibly this free plugin below.

The support forum for that plugin can be found here.

Thank you very much for your help, I have deleted the plugin and it has cleared the message off the live website. I now have to get the visual editor back. Help request for another time unless you have any ideas.
    Cheers

    Hey there,

I’m glad you were able to fix the initial problem!

I now have to get the visual editor back. Help request for another time unless you have any ideas.

This probably isn’t related to the Woo plugin, but WordPress itself, but I’d like to try and help you in the right direction. Are you missing the visual editor on products, or on regular posts and pages? And were you using the blocks editor, or a rich text visual editor? Finally, was that a page builder such as Elementor or WP Bakery?

    Hi
I am missing the visual editor on regular posts and pages and it is a rich text visual editor. The website was set up using foundationpress starter theme based on foundation 5 by zurb.
    Thanks

    Thanks for the extra info!

As of a year or two back, the default WordPress editor is now the Gutenberg blocks editor:

    The new Gutenberg editing experience

But it doesn’t sound like you’re looking for the block editor, but a rich text editor. It sounds like there’s likely a plugin managing the editor – there are a bunch of different plugins that could be affecting this. Your best place to start is checking through your plugins and seeing if there is one related to editing – it’ll likely be disabled, and you’ll need to enable it.

As I mentioned, this kind of support goes beyond the Woo plugin, so this forum isn’t the best place to help you. Here’s a good place for further support: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    Hi
I did what you said and updated all the plugins and the visual editor is back.
So thank you so much!!!! I am off to do some editing!
