I have imported WooCommerce products via CSV file, the WooCommerce tells me that the products have been imported successfully, but in the WooCommerce backend, they are not showing, how we fix that?

    Hi @billalben,

How many products were imported successfully? Generally, the success message should indicate either 0 or the number of products imported from the CSV file.

For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the success on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hello team

Regarding the products, WooCommerce tells me that all the products have been imported successfuly (42 item).

    And here is the screenshot:

Just note: I have imported 141 items before that, and the process was done very well and all the products worked fine.

Hey @billalben, I was experiencing the same situation. Try the following:

During the first step of the import process: “…/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=product_importer”; keep unckeched the checkbox; “Update existing products – (Existing products that match by ID or SKU will be updated. Products that do not exist will be skipped.)”

    That worked out for me.

    Hello @metamorfastudio

Yes, that’s what I have been doing, the box is always unchecked, however, the problem remains.

    Hi @billalben,

It sounds like you’ve done everything correctly. Since the products are not showing up in the backend despite a successful import message, it could possibly be due to a caching issue or a conflict with another plugin

Here are a few steps you can try:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

In the meantime, please recheck the CSV file and ensure all fields are correctly filled in and formatted.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
