Hi @dennisboot – I’ve tried this on both my desktop (Macbook Pro/Firefox) and my mobile (iPhone XR/Safari), but have yet to see the same problem.
Here’s a recording a did on my phone: https://d.pr/v/4gzWMG
Are you still seeing the same issue? Can you try a different browser to see if there’s any connection?
Hi @jricketts4 thanks for responding! You can see in your recording that the picture disapears. If you swipe slowely you see that the checkout button is visable. On my other site you can see how it should be: https://rietadt.nl/product/rietadt-riet/
Thanks!
Hi again @dennisboot,
I checked the product on dreamt.nl and, like Joey, I couldn’t replicate the issue you describe.
Here’s an animated GIF of my experience on my desktop (MacBook Pro, Google Chrome): https://d.pr/i/BcNnbL
When I compared my experience to the product on rietadt.nl, it appeared to be quite similar. Here’s an animated GIF of that product: https://d.pr/i/vv4fSo
However, when I viewed the product on dreamt.nl on my mobile device (iPhone 12 Mini, Mozilla Firefox), I believe I can replicate the issue you describe:

Can you confirm that this is the issue you’re experiencing?
Additionally, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi @csmcneill thanks for responding! The problem does not occur when you use the arrows to go to the next image. It only occurs when you click and move your mouse to the left or right. You can indeed see the problem on your phone screenrecording! When you swipe to the right the whole picture disapears..
Here is a video that demonstrates it: https://vimeo.com/618408854
I will look up my system status report in a couple hours! 🙂
Thanks!
Hi @dennisboot ,
Thanks, I was able to replicate the behaviour on your site as seen in this GIF here: https://d.pr/i/WmHNdm
On checking further, I see that the WooCommerce image gallery on your site is powered by “Flickity” which isn’t a part of core WooCommerce:

Full Size: https://d.pr/i/9wBqFg
I suspect the “Flickity” gallery/slider is added by your theme or a plugin on your site which replaces the core WooCommerce’s built-in product gallery.
I’d recommend performing a conflict test to confirm this. You can do a conflict test per the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
After confirming, I’d recommend reaching out to the theme/plugin support depending on what’s exactly adding the “Flickity” gallery on your site.
@wpnomad Thanks for the help. Unfortunately ‘flickity’ is not the problem. My other website http://www.rietadt.nl/product/rietadt-riet/ uses the same theme and also has ‘flickity’ because of this. On this site I do not have the same problem..
Regards,
Dennis
@wpnomad @csmcneill @jricketts4 hi all, i have found the problem! It was a chat plug-in which was visable on all the pages. Thanks for your time and help!
