Whenever we try to add more than 30 variations in a product, then the variations on the product page get messed up.
Here are the screenshots:

we have manually added all the variations ( without using create variations from all attribute)
Please help!

we have also set php.ini has max_input_vars to 5000.But we are facing the same issue.

Found the solution after lots of research.
It was due to a ajax limit of 30

Plugin folder-> woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php
woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold 30

changed it to 1000.

There’s a function here to change the threshold:

This goes in functions.php of your child theme, and this makes the change update-safe.

Increasing the threshold increases the size of the product page because all the variations data is included in the page, so a site may lose customers who are using slow mobile phone connections and won’t wait.

Adding this to my themes functions.php crashes my website.
After editing my website is giving Error 500 site can not handle.
