WooCommerce products always processing

    Hi,

    Not sure if I have set something up incorrectly or not but I’m having a problem with the WooCommerce addon.

    Ordinarily a virtual product order in WooCommerce is automatically turned from processing to completed when payment completes. Currently that doesn’t seem to be the case with my Renewal Listing type products.
    On a simple product there’s a checkbox to mark a product as virtual. I’ve changed the product type temporarily and checked that box then saved it as a renewal listing product but I’m still having the problem.

    I can obviously complete the orders manually but there are quite a lot so I’d rather not have to do that.

    Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    do you mean that the WC order is not automatically marked as completed when the payment is completed or that the Advert is not renewed?

    If the order status is not being changed then this depends mainly on the WC and your payment gateway, the WPAdverts WC code is run only after the order status changes.

    P.S. You do not need to mark the product as virtual to have the renewals or postings work.
