Good day,

Is there a way to disable product category instead of deletion.

I work on a webswhop with flowers. and that is holiday related. Now I do not want to delete and recreate the categories every time.

Every tip or solution is welcome.

You can hide the empty categories from the shop page using some code.

You’ll find the code here: https://gist.github.com/kartikparmar/1b43335ba7b481e78fffa536742a44f2#file-functions-php

Remember to replace the IDs with your category IDs

You can add that using the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/code-snippets/ plugin
