Hi
You don’t need to write manually. Just do few steps.
1. Inside settings just enable WooCommerce compatibility.
2. Add a product schema type in schema types list and left all the fields blank
3. Select placement. Post type -> Equal to -> Product.
Now on all the product page, you can see schema markup.
Modify schema button is good, when you want your own values for that particular product/post/page.

I will make sure that we do a proper schema compatibility with WooCommerce and update in the next release.
Can you tell us. How are you adding MPN in Woocommerce product page?

Kumar, MPN written manual for each product in field “_sku”

If you add those data as attribute then it will be automatically taken by the schema.
We are creating a documentation on this, I will post here when it’s out.
