Woocommerce Raiting not selectable (CSS vs HTML)

Hi guy, most of us who deal with e-commerce know how important is raiting system for Google snipet. In order to give the rating to google it have to be selectable (mean with mouse over) like you want to copy some text, you select it with mouse and press Copy.

In my version of Woocommerce rating stars appear after product has been rated, but! only in CSS, so you cannot select the stars to show the Google that this is the rating for this product.

So question is,

How to change CSS to HTML format, so stars can be selected by mouse pointer?
