As I mentioned above, I’m having a major problem with the reports. After fighting tooth and nail to get everything imported, I thought I finally had it all sorted out but the more I review things, the more missing data I find. That in itself isn’t a huge problem; I can just add the missing parts back.

What I can’t fix is how the reports are displaying. The data is mostly correct, except that refunds aren’t being pulled properly. I can see the total, but it’s not linked to any items so it shows “0 items” and lists my full lifetime refunds under this month, making it look like I’m -$17K in the hole for the month.

When I go to the Orders tab and click Refunds, everything appears correctly there. But the report isn’t pulling the data properly. I’ve tried every cache-clearing option at least a hundred times. I even went into the database to TRUNCATE tables (Yes I know this is frowned upon – But I did backup the DB but also I could not get it to clear the cash and this was the only way. Yes I cleared cash and killing all plugins and theme It just would not work) So I have to truncate the tables manually because I couldn’t get the data to clear. I managed to remove all the analytics data. I got rid of the data but it did not work so I just uploaded the old DB before I manually edited it. It was worth a try.

This is really a big problem. I even tried to do some of the refunds manually. And made it so I have to manually refund the money so no money was going out. Not only did it send out a e-mail but it did not fix the problem or update the table or I would have just manually did it for all 72 refunded orders.

How can this be fixed. I really need to get this worked out ASAP,

    Hi @l3gacy,

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I understand the frustration with the refunds not displaying correctly in the reports. To help troubleshoot this further, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Clear Analytics Cache
Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear analytics cache. This will reset the cached values used in WooCommerce Analytics. After clearing, check if the refund data displays correctly.
    2. Check Scheduled Actions
Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and look for any pending or failed actions related to analytics or reports. Sometimes, delayed or failed actions can cause reports to show incorrect data.
    3. Provide System Status Report (SSR)
Please generate a System Status Report via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, and share it with us (for example, via Pastebin).

Once we have this information, we can guide you on the next steps to restore accurate reporting for refunds.
