Helloi! We have a situation where we need to put some access restrictions on Woocommerce exports such as export orders, export users, etc.
    – User needs to input a password to initiate download
    – User needs to write reason for download. No download should be allowed without specifying the reason.
    – Downloaded file should be encrypted and protected with password.
    – A record should be left with the username, IP address and time of download, file name.
    – The record should be securely stored somewhere where it’s not possible to rewrite or delete it

Is there anything where your plugin could help us?

    Thank you very much

Thank you for showing interest in our plugin @assa123

I am sorry, however, our plugin’s main focus is keeping a record of the changes that happen on a website (and WooCommerce store) in an activity log. It does not have the functionality to restrict access based on specific behaviour, sorry.

It seems like you’ll need a custom solution.

Thanks for a response! I didn’t mean we want to achieve everything with your plugin, but rather checked what was possible out of a wide list. Is it possible, for example, to keep a log of admin pages visits (Orders page, Users page)?

    Hello @assa123

Yes, WP Activity Log keeps a log when an admin visits a user page, or opens an order. Please refer to the below links for more information:

    1) This is the list of changes the plugin can keep a log of: https://wpactivitylog.com/support/kb/list-wordpress-activity-log-event-ids/

    2) This is the list of WooCommerce changes the plugin can keep a log of: https://wpactivitylog.com/support/kb/list-wordpress-activity-log-event-ids/#woocommerce

For more details on features etc please refer to the WooCommerce activity log plugin page.

I hope the above helps and answers all your questions. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to ask.
